General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – OnLimit.Shop

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the platform OnLimit.Shop (hereinafter "Shop") between the operator and the customer. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized unless the operator expressly agrees to them in writing.

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the Shop accepts the order through an order confirmation email or delivers the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown are final prices including applicable VAT. Shipping costs are transparently displayed before completing the order. Deliveries are currently made in the Freiburg im Breisgau area and surroundings. Delivery costs and minimum order values can be found on the shipping costs page.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery time is displayed during the order process. For fresh organic products, we strive for same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (delivery between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM). If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be notified immediately.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

• PayPal – Instant payment via your PayPal account
• Stripe – Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Cash payment upon delivery (verification fee: €1)

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the operator until full payment has been made.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, unsealed hygiene products, or individually customized products. Details can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

9. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. The operator is only liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the operator is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

The law of the European Union applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
