Partner Program – Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before participating in the OnLimit.Shop partner program.
1. Participation Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- A valid account at OnLimit.Shop is required
- Approval by OnLimit.Shop is required
2. Commissions
- 5% commission on every referred order value
- Commissions are only calculated for 30 days from the first click on the partner link
- After 30 days, the commission entitlement for this customer expires
- Self-referral orders are excluded from commissions
3. Credit
- Commissions are credited as balance in the OnLimit.Shop wallet
- Cash payout is not possible
- Minimum redemption amount: 10.00 EUR
- Pending commissions are automatically approved after 14 days
4. Partner Obligations
- No spam advertising or misleading advertising
- No use of paid advertising with the OnLimit.Shop brand without permission
- No manipulation of clicks or orders
5. Termination
- OnLimit.Shop reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time
- In case of violation of these terms, all pending commissions are forfeited
- The partner can cancel at any time
6. Liability
- OnLimit.Shop is not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues
- Commission rates can be adjusted at any time
